Update Gradle version in Schema-Registry

Problem description
Current version of Gradle in schema registry is bit old (4.10.2) and is not in sync with Pravega(6.5.1).

Problem location
gradle-wrapper.properties

Suggestions for an improvement
Upgrade the Gradle version to 6.5.1
