Adds a tabbed leaderboard with "Overall" and "Weekly by Category" views. The weekly view shows top performers per activity category for each challenge week, with prev/next navigation defaulting to the current week. Backend: new getWeeklyCategoryLeaderboard query using challengeLoggedDate index for efficient date-range filtering.
