Authoritativeness, provenance for prefixes and NSPs #11
Description
We need for the schema to indicate:
- authoritative prefix
- authoritative NSP
- other prefixes and NSP used
- where those other prefixes and NSP have been used
- whether and when those other prefixes and NSP have been deprecated
