New release? #33

👋 I'm trying to package prefixcommons for conda-forge (conda-forge/staged-recipes#26315), and have run into the issue that the current release depends on pytest-logging, which looks like it is no longer maintained and isn't on conda-forge.
It looks like this has been fixed here, but not released, so I was wondering if it would be possible to put out a new release of prefixcommons so the dependency on pytest-logging is removed?
