libraries and include files?

Context:

With premake-manager-cli intergration in VSPremake(premaker) wrapping up.

I am planning the Module Registry and Library registry for premake-manager.
And i had some questions in regard to uses an how a premake5 library include should be structured generaly?

Goals

1. make using libraries with premake easier.
2. automate library integration
3. make it easy for other projects to also integrate the registry.

Question

How would you generely structure such an include file, nowing that the include file is auto included based on the library entrypoint (filepath and name).
