Automatic execution of :TableFormat when writing tables

When writing a table in markdown, it would be nice if the table would update without users having to leave insert mode.

I was able to work around the issue:

When writing tables in markdown, I thought it was helpful to automagically run :TableFormat every time I entered a new <bar> character.

This section in my .vimrc will change how <bar> behaves when writing markdown.

I'm initially against merging this as it feels too specific. Let's see if more people ask for it :-)

Do note: I have since noticed a few issues with the above .vimrc additions.
1.) Starting a new table will run :tableformat causing an error when it is run on a non-existent empty table.
2.) Calling :tableformat on the first line of a new table repeatedly will fill replace any text with dashes.

I'll see if I can spend a bit of time correcting my .vimrc entry to ONLY call :tableformat after I have written the title line.

I don't see an immediate need to implement this feature request into the pluggin if a augroup can do the job, but I thought I'd share my work none-the-less.
