Reduce bot downloads of media files from book homepages

We suspect that high file download numbers are being produced by bots and other crawlers. To reduce this, we should:

1. Update our robots.txt file with a rule like the following:

Disallow: /open/download
```
2. Add `data-nosnippet` to the div that contains the links
