Loss of styling on Title page #643

When exporting a book using McLuhan on the latest version of Pressbooks, my title page is showing different spacing from previous exports.
The screenshot above shows an older PDF and the expected behavior, where the Publisher information is on the bottom of the page.
The second screenshot shows the current behavior, where the spacing isn't like it was previously. I tested multiple books, using both PDF (for print) and PDF (for digital distribution). This is probably only noticable to users who are using Publisher and Publisher City in the book information
Steps to Reproduce
- Enter Publisher and Publisher City into a book
- Export as PDF (for print) or PDF (for digital distribution)
- Check to see spacing on title page
Expected behavior:
Publisher information appears on the bottom of the page.
Actual behavior:
All information is displayed near the middle of the page.
