prettier empties file

If there's an error in .prettierrc prettier empties the file without error. Also arguments shown below are defined in init.el, not in .prettierrc.

Wrote /tmp/prettiercbd2uV.js
Applied prettier with args ‘(--print-width 100 --single-quote true --trailing-comma all --no-semi true)’
Wrote $FILE

This looks like prettier/vim-prettier#92 although there is no file .prettierignore existant.

$ emacs --version

$ prettier --version
1.18.2
$ ls -l /usr/local/bin/prettier

Hi, sorry no one was able to get back to you in the long time since you posted this.

I'm not able to reproduce this. I created a malformed config file:

Then I tried to format a file. The package did show an error, but it didn't delete the file's contents.

I also tried applying the args you used by setting prettier-js-args, but that didn't cause the file's contents to be deleted either.

I used prettier version 3.6.2. Maybe this is an issue that was fixed since the 1.x release.
