Add a LICENSE.md

I assume that the examples are covered under MIT like the base project, but that is not explicitly defined (outside of the package.json). This forces some users of your library to needlessly reinvent the wheel just in case you exert unexpected rights in the future. (There's been a few LGPL/BSD/MIT libraries that, for some reason, have GPL examples. It's like their original license is a quest reward or something.)

Please add a LICENSE.md file to clear up the situation.
