Filter source

Move to target, item doesn't get removed from source

Only upon changing the filter we see that the item has been removed

Also, if we input some filter

And then pick all items

target is not refreshed until there's a change to the filter

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to https://primeng.org/picklist#filter enter some filter and move the item from target to source or viceversa

Expected behavior

Target and source should be refreshed when an action happens, not just on filter change
