PrimeVue webpage can't be opened in Russia

Describe the bug

PrimeVue webpage can't be opened in Russia. The request to primevue.org keeps pending resulting in 200OK with no content. Doesn't work at all from Russia (checked from several PCs in different regions with different internet providers). Although everything works fine with VPN.
