Would it make sense to enable streaming on structured outputs as well?

@sixlive the new event streaming architecture is amazing. Great job!

The use cases for streaming for normal text inference is obviously clear when it comes to chat interfaces , but for most other aspects of our implementations i mostly find myself needing the a structured output more often than text to interact with various parts of the application.

While it may not be practical to stream the actual JSON output, it would be of great use to be able to stream feedback to end users while long running operations such as reasonings, provider tool usage, etc.

As far as i can tell, there are no hard blockers for this.
Is this something that would make sense to add?
