Allow editing a tab label

Bug description

As a user that opens lots of custom filters, it will be very helpful to give tab names.
e.g for this

it will be helpful for me to have User - me , User - Mr. Smith

How to reproduce

Open multiple tabs of the same table

Expected behavior

Double clicking on the tab name allows to edit its name
