server: store user's semaphore id commitment on signup #69
Description
on signup user will have
- confirmed his mail address
- generated a semaphore id (whose private key will be saved in local storage)
we must send the corresponding semaphore id commitment to the server so that we can store it / associate the email with the semaphore id commitment.
This will enable adding users to semaphore groups by looking them up by their email.
