Navigate to https://github.com/privacy-scaling-explorations/website-v2/tree/main/app/i18n/locales
Duplicate the "en" folder for translation.

A few thoughts on translations generally

• I'm not sure we're well positioned to maintain content translations for the website
• All our projects (websites, GitHub, docs) are in English (so unsure how much valuable translated summaries would be)
• Translation features in browsers are getting better & better (e.g. Chrome), so those might be the becoming best solutions for users anyway
