Support for timeout in Bidding Service

Hi,
It seems that the ROMA_TIMEOUT_MS setting does not impact GenerateBidsRequest processing.
I expected that the Bidding service would halt further generateBid() processing after the specified timeout and only include already generated bids in the response.

Yes, B&A doesn't support cancellation of executions based on timeouts.

We have a plan to work on that, will keep posted on the issue when the support is available.

When we have timeouts it might also be useful to have support for setBid() to limit the amount of wasted work.
