When media is deleted via the back office it will still be present on disk. This healthcheck will check for any orphaned media items on disk.
Describe the solution you'd like
Check the media folder for what files are there and check if they are being used by Umbraco at all. If they're not let the user know and offer to move the orphaned items to another folder for review.
Validation
Will need to be tested on all versions of Umbraco 7.5 to the latest. By uploading media into the CMS and deleting items to see if the healthcheck detects it. Media can directly be inserted into content and not be added into the media service. So checking content for media items will be needed.
