Add Teams Modal Dialog

1. Choosing a team makes the server send you either a
   1. Reddish color (red team)
   2. Bluish color (blue team)
   3. Random color (none).
2. Choosing an alignment modifies the above to give you a
   1. light color (light)
   2. dark color (dark)
   3. random (none)
3. You can click go at any time. Your color defaults to a random one. Choosing a team or an alignment sends a "color change request" to the server.
