Screws to use on 3D cases?

I used the excellent snap-fit MiniDexed case for my original build, but now I'm assembling a Pi4-based unit which needs MIDI I/O, power switch, etc. and so I opted for this case:

Obviously I'm going to have to use screws to attach the Pi and display. Though I don't plan to take it apart multiple times, I'd like to be able to remove screws for possible updates in the future without damaging the plastic. What you, the users, select for screw types in this situation? Or do you just need to be careful and not strip the threads out? Trying to save myself from some possible future problems by thinking ahead.
