ENCODER steps are no more skipping. It works without capacitors

I have compiled a kernel8.img (64-bit) for Raspberry Pi 3 / Zero 2W. It works perfectly on my machine—one click now equals exactly one menu item move. Fixed KY-040 skipping/jumping issues on RPi Zero 2W, RPI3 64bit version (Custom Kernel). Please just replace kernel8.img by my version. Rename kernel8.zip to kernel8.img, because i was not able to upload img file.

Sorry for my "english". i did build by myself latest version and changed KY040.cpp with error handling function described here https://www.pinteric.com/rotary.html . I have used stable version from august and encoder there was a pain. So instead of looking for pre release version (which i was not able to find, because i have clicked on latest which was latest STABLE not the LATEST as i know now :-) ).I was wondering, why that code was not working well on However i was able to implement code by myself and AI assistant. So i have testet this continuos version and i must say...there is minimal difference. But i am happy, because i was able to figure it out by myself and was not able to find taht it is already solved.
