Hi Maximo68, I suspect the reason for your problem is that multiple tone generators are active, and you're changing the voice of only one TG. If you change a single voice in a tone generator (TG), the other TGs remain as they are. If you want to play individual voices from a .syx bank, I recommend loading the performance "128:003 - pure DX7" or "128:004 - Single" from bank 128 "Laboratory" and then changing the voice in TG1. These two performances are preset to only receive data on MIDI channel 1. TGs 2 - TG8 remain muted until you change the MIDI channel of the TGs. |
