Make webpack build time faster

New feature details:

I think there are two things that will make the webpack build faster:

• update webpack version to 4
• handle webpack linting differently. if you remove the linting the webpack build is much, much faster.

@MohdImran001 go ahead! If linting is removed from webpack, then I think prettier should def be added to this project (#861) which I am working on 😄

Hey @catarak, since Webpack v5 has been released. I would like to know whether I should migrate it to v5 or v4.

If we're going to put in the work to migrate, I guess it should be to Webpack v5, right? Unless migrating to v4 should happen first.
