Use a Different App Icon for Non-production Builds

Test builds currently use the same icon as the official Processing release, making them visually indistinguishable.

Tasks

• Design alternate icons that clearly mark the app as a test build (dev, beta, pre, etc)
• Update the build process to use alternate icons for pre-release builds.
