Opentelemetry

Hello, I am using procrastinate in a small production setting. It would be great to have some opentelemetry-based observability capabilities. Is this on the roadmap or how would you go about implementing this?

I thought there was a draft PR, but I can't find it, so maybe there wasn't.

I'd guess the main thing we're missing would be volunteers to see this through (design, implementation, review, maintenance), but there are a few folks over in the linked discussion. Let's chat over there !
