Need help with Chinese!

Hello, dear friend, I hope you can help me along as a colleague.
I am a developer from Ukraine and I am currently working on an on-screen touch keyboard with Chinese language support.
My problem is that I do not know the language and cannot understand how the set of suggested hieroglyphs is formed. I can see that it depends on previous input, but the logic behind it is unknown to me.
I would appreciate any hints on how you cracked this problem - maybe there is an npm package that solves this problem? I was looking for one of a kind, but had no luck. Maybe there is a kind of a data table that can be used to generate suggested hieroglyphs...

Hi, I haven't used this repo for a long time.
As an example, 取笔顺("上") is 211, as the strokes to write 上 is 丨一 一, which is encoded as 2 1 1, according to README.

我们对汉字进行编码，输入编码生成汉字。编码方案有很多种，主流方案有拼音和五笔。拼音根据汉字发音编码，五笔根据汉字笔画顺序编码。
这些输入编码生成汉字的工具，我们称为输入法编辑器。主流操作系统都支持输入法编辑器，甚至自带输入法。例如，你可以在Windows安装微软拼音和微软五笔，尝试如何打汉字。

We encode Chinese characters and input the encoding to generate Chinese characters. There are many encoding schemes, the mainstream ones are Pinyin(拼音) and Wubi(五笔). Pinyin encodes according to the pronunciation of Chinese characters, and Wubi encodes according to the order of Chinese character strokes.
These tools that input encoding to generate Chinese characters are called IME(input method editor). Mainstream operating systems all support IME, and even have their own IME. For example, you can install Microsoft Pinyin and Microsoft Wubi in Windows and try to type Chinese characters.
