[v11] Collapse Members button is missing despite me not removing it

As we can see, I have this button set to 3 but the button is missing

• tried with other plugins off, custom css off
• Alt M keybind doesnt work to toggle the members list state

This issue is caused by starting the plugin with the members list already collapsed - both the members list and profile panel must be expanded in order for the plugin to be able to control them. I have been tossing ideas around for how to effectively solve this issue, but I do not currently have a fix, other than to make sure to expand them before enabling the plugin.
