We currently have four core meeting sequences:
- Annual General Meetings (annually, in May)
- Board of Trustees Meetings (quarterly)
- Managing Editors Meetings (quarterly)
- Project Team Meetings (bi-annual)
The Publishing Manager and Publishing Assistant are responsible for creating clear and timely meeting minutes.
