Facing an error on local dev setup KeyError: 'PASETO_PRIVATE_KEY'

I have built the local dev copy of callisto-core on my Mac and I am trying to run the client on my browser and this happens When I click on "Start a new Record".

Need some help to understand what is PASETO_PRIVATE_KEY.
