[Feature] [SVE 1.6] NodeID is not printed 1st test case in CLI

Feature description

Test mode CLI

It is observed that the NodeID is not printed for the 1st test case run, if next test case is run then Node ID is printed. it is needed especially in the semi-automated test cases to send chip tool commands to Docker

Issue is for the first test case only, so feature request is that Node ID could be printed always for all types of test cases.

Can you please provide the following details:

1. What do you mean by the first test case? Does it happen only for the very first test case in a test run with multiple test cases, or only after rebooting the RPi?

QA has not observed this issue so far. If you could provide more details, it would be helpful for debugging.

e.g. after rebooting RPi or docker restart, only first test case does not show NodeId, after first test case, if device was commissioned or even not commissioned then second run of same test case or different will show NodeID. in next test case we message is whether you want to use previous commissioning

@TUVRKvora - Are you referring to the Node ID shown in the run header below? I tried reproducing this on my setup, and I do see Node ID printed for the first test case:

Could you share:

1. your exact th-cli run-tests command,
2. TH version/build, and
3. a log snippet from the beginning of the first test case where Node ID is missing?
   That will help confirm if this is environment-specific/intermittent.
