Describe the bug

When executing TC-GC-2.3/TC-GC-2.6 for Thermostat devices, a "Fail" result is prompted
“Details=0 not greater than 0 Listener feature is enabled. Endpoint list should not be empty. There should be a valid endpoint for the GroupCast JoinGroup Command., Extras=None”
The test script "TC_GC_common.py" only checks for support of the following four clusters:
