I see that the JointFabricDatastore.{h/cpp} has an mAdministratorFabricIndex field and the associated setters/getters. Then, the read of the AdministratorFabricIndex@JFAdmin Cluster is overwritten such that the value hold by JointFabricDatastore.{h/cpp} is returned, instead of the actual value hold by the AdministratorFabricIndex@JFAdmin Cluster.
