[Alchemy] Estimate how many clusters left to be generated by Alchemy

1. Ask about OTA cluster why it is marked as disabled in errata.
2. Update the existing table with clusters with the most recent info about what clusters left: 1) media 2) non-media

The current list of XML files in the folder src/app/zap-templates/zcl/data-model/chip not generated by Alchemy is as follows:

1. access-control-definitions.xml - Don't seems to be an actual cluster file, not generated by Alchemy currently. Not a cluster XML.
2. ballast-configuration-cluster.xml - There seems to be no "Ballast Configuration Cluster" spec to use for generation.
3. channel-cluster.xml - Media cluster (probably need some errata changes).
4. chip-ota.xml - Contains both "OTA Provider" and "OTA Requestor". Currently generation is disabled in the errata. Not sure why.
5. chip-types.xml - Looks like types information for the project, not an actual cluster, not generated by Alchemy. Not a cluster XML.
6. clusters-extensions.xml - Not a cluster XML. Not generated by Alchemy currently.
7. content-launch-cluster.xml - Media cluster (probably fixable with errata changes).
8. fault-injection-cluster.xml - There seems to be no spec related to this cluster so Alchemy cannot generate it.
9. global-attributes.xml - Global file, not generated by Alchemy currently. Not a cluster XML.
10. global-bitmaps.xml - Global file, not generate by Alchemy currently. Not a cluster XML.
11. matter-devices.xml - This is a weird one, Alchemy seems to be able to generate it (not sure based on what) but the header is not added. Not a cluster XML.
12. measurement-and-sensing.xml - Seems to define some shared types, not currently generate by Alchemy. Not a cluster XML.
13. media-playback-cluster.xml - Media cluster (probably fixable with errata changes).
14. mode-base-cluster.xml - Not a cluster strictly speaking, just list some shared types for Mode derived clusters. Not currently generated or suppressed via errata.
15. proxy-configuration-cluster.xml - Seems to be no spec file to use as a basis for Alchemy generation.
16. proxy-discovery-cluster.xml - Seems to be no spec file to use as a basis for Alchemy generation.
17. proxy-valid-cluster.xml - Seems to be no spec file to use as a basis for Alchemy generation.
18. pwm-cluster.xml - Not being generated, in the XML there is a comment "Deprecated because this is a zigbee-only cluster".
19. sample-mei-cluster.xml - There seems to be no spec file to use as a basis for Alchemy generation.
20. semantic-tag-namespace-enums.xml - This seems to be able to be generated by Alchemy, however the header is not added and not sure what is the trigger to generate this one. Seems to be just a list of types. Not a cluster XML.
21. test-cluster.xml - There seems to be no spec file to use as a basis for Alchemy generation.
22. timer-cluster.xml - There seems to be no spec file to use as a basis for Alchemy generation.
23. wake-on-lan-cluster.xml - Media cluster (probably fixable with errata changes).

From the 23 XML with a lacking Alchemy header:

• 4 are Media clusters.
• 8 are not cluster XML (some are collections of types).
• 9 seems to refer to a cluster, however there seems to be no spec for them.
• 1 is the OTA Requestor and Provider sharing the same file and currently disabled in the errata.
• 1 is the ModeBase cluster that is the "Parent" of all the Mode clusters.
