Inconsistent Display of Thermostat Cluster Feature Options in ZAP Tool #1675

Hello Team,
We are facing an issue with the Matter ZAP configuration tool related to the Thermostat device type.
In my setup, the Thermostat cluster feature options (HEAT, COOL, AUTO, Schedule, etc.) are not consistently shown in the ZAP UI.
Issue Details
- Sometimes the ZAP tool shows the feature selection UI for the Thermostat cluster.
- Other times, the feature options disappear completely.
- Even within the same project (same .zap file), the Thermostat feature panel appears and disappears unpredictably.
- This issue occurs both when adding Thermostat via Device Type and when adding the cluster manually.
Due to this inconsistency, we are unable to reliably configure or modify Thermostat features through the ZAP tool UI.
Kindly help with:
- Confirming whether this is a known issue with the Thermostat cluster metadata in ZAP.
- Providing a workaround or patch to ensure the feature options remain visible.
- Guidance on whether feature configuration is expected solely via manual FeatureMap editing.
