Enhancement Request : Enable use and test of locally developed activity or trigger with flogo-web

Currently it is not possible with flogo-web to use and test an activity that would be available only locally .
When you are in testing/validation stage of your activity, using flogo-web for easy flow development and integration testing would be very useful.
