Ability to reorganize a flow

• Insert activities anywhere in the flow?

Conflicts

• What happens when drag and dropping tasks that have branches attached to it?
• There's a current limit on the size of a flow, if we allow to drag and drop a task with a branch it can potentially exceed the 7 tiles limit.

• Implement drag-drop library to diagram module
• Implement a service to handle the drag and drop feature which can be injected by consumer components
• Ability to drag and drop a flow resource. In main flow and error flow
• Ability to drag and drop a stream resource
• Ability to restrict user to drop a tile in a row which is branched from the same tile
• Ability to restrict user to overflow the 10 slots while dropping a tile with branches
• Restrict users from dropping after a return tile (not even while sorting)

Future enhancement:

• Create row-parents map using GraphNode data instead of tileMatrix
• Drop at the first place of an empty branched row
• Ensure add tile before return works
• Ensure dropping before return works fine - glitches from dragging left, drop
• Talk to Frank regarding how to identify main branch and allow conditions for the main branch
• Work on a way to make it more evident when you cannot add a tile before a tile with branch because if allowed child branch will exceed 10 tiles
• Tile drop animation

Designers Good to Have:

• Show a preview of the source location when user is in empty state while dragging
• Increase threshold where the tile shuffle / change happen after moving 50% of tile
• Auto scroll while dragging the tile
• Different preview tile for normal tile and tile with branch
