Simplify the application model

We need to simplify the application model internally for flogo-web both in server side and client side.

The application model refinements in the database are tracked in this google document (private)

• Flatten the action structure - #896
• Remove unnecessary properties
• Rename the existing task keys (attributes and inputMappings) to an apt ones - #866
