Humix-Think failed to create design doc on cloudant which cause module registration always fail

I was wondering why sometime (not always) sense-id and module registration can't work on a fresh humix-think install . A workaround is to simply restart the humix-think application and then the design doc can registered on cloudant successfully.

Check log and found this error

Investigating
