Add unit tests to the current CI/CD pipeline

Task Description

Once unit tests are added to the ocre-runtime repo they will need to be integrated into the current CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements

• Unit tests in the repo

Expected Outcome

After a boards firmware is built and then flashed, unit tests should be ran on the device.

No rush but is there an ETA for these being submitted from the internal/upstream to ocre-runtime? I remember @srberard said last Friday or this Monday was when it would probably land, so I'm just checking those aren't just sitting around waiting for a pull request or something like that. Cheers.
