New Account createation error

After clicking the SignUp button. Some HTML code popups instead of forwarding to the next activity.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open App
2. Click on Create new account
3. Enter Your details
4. Then Click on the SIGNUP button

Expected behaviour
After clicking on the signup button it had to go to a new activity for verifying user details.
