Feature: Allow for docker-registry secret to be created on helm install.

I think it would be worthwhile to add functionality to the helm chart to generate the docker-registry secret. This can then be added to pods wanting to use it as an imagePullSecret without having to manually configure it.

Yes, this could make things convenient.
However should also allow for custom secrets.
