Removing bookmarks confuses pagination

To replicate this issue:

1. Go to https://demo.projectblacklight.org/catalog?search_field=all_fields&q=
2. Add more than 10 bookmarks (like 15)
3. Go to the Bookmarks page.
4. Delete the first 10 bookmarks and then click the Next or Page 2 button.
5. Instead of redirecting back to the previous page (in this case Page 1), Blacklight displays a message stating "You have no Bookmarks"

This is not "confusion" as much as just failing to dynamically update the fact that there is no page 2 or next page if the number of bookmarks goes below 10 (or whatever is the number of bookmarks per page). The fix should be to hide the next or page 2 link when the number of bookmarks goes under a specific threshold.
