Bumps gnome-build-meta.bst (master) and freedesktop-sdk.bst atomically on the next branch. Auto-merges once bst show validation passes.

Note: When gnome-build-meta cuts a stable branch (e.g. gnome-51), update track: master → track: <branch> in elements/gnome-build-meta.bst on next. No CI changes needed.

Review result

Held: the only required validate check fails while applying the existing gnome-build-meta patch queue. The updated upstream ref 7ff4055a26a079f0d5084f960dd8f9ffb681a49f causes 0003-homed-Add-systemd-homed-support.patch to fail at elements/core/gnome-initial-setup.bst:2. This is a real patch-queue incompatibility, not an infrastructure failure. No merge queue action taken.
