GTK3 apps still using white theme when its explicitly set to dark on Dakota

Just open GSConnect or any other gtk3 app - it is white!

Extra context

I tried to:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme 'adw-gtk3-dark'
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface color-scheme 'prefer-dark'
Tried to manually start it with this:
GTK_THEME=adw-gtk3-dark gnome-extensions prefs gsconnect@andyholmes.github.io
or this:
GTK_THEME=Adwaita:dark gnome-extensions prefs gsconnect@andyholmes.github.io
and it is also explicitly set as adw-gtk3-dark in Refine settings.
And its still white!

Are we missing the adw3 theme?

No we have it I bet the other flatpaks work, but gsconnect won't, it's a system app we'd need to put it on the image and I don't think we should add gtk3 things to the image. Let's just hope someone updates gsconnect.
