Merged per 946b5c8 on 4th Apr 2014 into 0.2-SNAPSHOT after snapshot-0.2-pre-symbol-shift.

Code Migration

The xdi2.core.constants package encapsulates most of the functionality affected by the Great Symbol Shift.
