Icon does not show up or can be found anywhere on install

The icon is missing whenever I install this extension. (Yes, I've looked everywhere - even "customize toolbar"). This is happening on multiple computers, on Firefox browser with no additional addons.

This bug makes the addon pointless. You can't use it.

Ok, just resolved. For those of you having a hard time. Go to the "Extensions" toolbar icon, clicking on it will produce a dropdown that will have this extension listed. Right click on the extension and select "pin to toolbar"
