scan speed not change

Naabu version: 2.3.4

Current Behavior:

./naabu -l ipv4.txt -p 8848 -r 10000 -c 100
./naabu -l ipv4.txt -p 8848 -r 50000 -c 100

I used the two commands above with different rates, but the bandwidth usage on the machine didn't change — the packet sending speed was always below 1Mb/s. Why is it so slow?

Expected Behavior:

The command below should result in a much higher packet sending rate — about 5 times faster than the one above.

There’s an ongoing issue that I already reported back in February. Since I haven’t had time to investigate the cause or work on a fix myself, I decided to post an issue to find out whether the slowdown in newer versions of naabu is only on my side or if others are experiencing it too.

@taomujian, -r is used for resolvers, as in -r string which specifies a list of custom resolver DNS resolutions (either comma-separated or from a file). Could you try using -rate instead?
