Only one header is send when Sending Raw HTTP

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues.

Current Behavior

I have the same issue as described in this one #501, When I send the same header twice only one the last one is sent (exactly as the old issue)

Expected Behavior

I was supposed to send both headers (with different values )
