I've been playing around with antenna locations and setup and often wondered "Could I do better, or is the terrain in my way".
heywhatsthat has a great terrain profile tool that you can feed points of lat/long/alt and it will show you the terrain and highlight if it's blocking the signal:

I was sick of copy and pasting points so I've added integration to

• cross launch to this in a new tab from the live view
• from the history view plot the terrain in an overlay (like the skew-t plot window).

Before I finish the last 10%, is there interest in merging this in?

Not without permission from heywhats that. Do they have public APIs to access the terrain data, or are you figuring this out from their website?

Can you give an example (screenshots, etc) of how you plan to integrate it into the web interface?

1. Live view has icons to cross launch using the sonde's position "now" to the above image in a new tab:
