The creation nor the update of a new link fires any proper event

Beside the linkUpdate event that fires from the model when creating a link, there are no events fired whilst creating, dragging or hooking a new one.
It would be great to have such events to possibly control the behaviour or save the position of new created links.

Expected Behavior

It would be nice if the model can fire events for creating, dragging and hooking new links

Current Behavior

It doesn't fire events representing the state of the new link

Do you think this could be considered an issue/improvement and deserves a pull request?
I would love to work on it as is something I really need for an internal project, but I'm wondering if it's worth the effort and can provide help for everyone else

Hello Mathias, sorry for not being clear enough.

My struggle is that when dragging a new link from a node I'd like to save its position/state, even if the link it's not connected to any node's port yet so that if the user refreshes the page she/he'll find the diagram exactly like it was the moment before refreshing.

The problem is that - at the moment - the DiagramModel is not emitting any link related event, so I was thinking to let it dispatch events for the link such as: sourcePortChanged, targetPortChanged, linkSegmentUpdated and so on...

I'm not sure it may be helpful for others tho

@antonioru I already seen your PR, and it's good to the ones who will implement realtime cooperative modeling with this engine in the future (like me, in the next year)
